HR Executive Duties and Responsibilities

:

To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved. To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration. Record day to day HR related activity Generate and record employees attendance and disciplines Follow up on communication between company and employee Carry out payroll processing in specific dead lines Perform employee engagement Monitor employee account details, delayed entry to office and other irregularities. Research and resolve employee behaviors Follow established procedures for Employee Re imbursements personally Assist with month-end closing Collect data and prepare monthly metrics Assist on Statutory regulations (ESI, PF, PT and labour act) Ensure the monthly and quarterly employee activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain employee personnel records. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
