Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Thrissur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves crafting HR policies, managing payroll, and supporting organizational development to foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Strong recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations skills Experience in performance management, training, and development Knowledge of labor laws and compliance Proficiency in crafting HR policies and managing payroll Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the jewellery or manufacturing industry is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
