Oversee the entire Human Resource function including recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee relations.
Maintain employee records, leaves, and performance tracking systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like ESI, PF, Bonus, and other labor laws.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Conduct orientation and training programs for new employees.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Prepare monthly reports related to attendance, overtime, and salary processing.
Maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
