Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and hospital standards
Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews
Coordinate training and development programs for staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and accreditation standards
Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by leadership
Promote employee well-being and engagement initiatives
Compliance
: Ensuring that the hospital complies with all state and federal regulations regarding employee hiring, firing, benefits, and manpower other human resource issues
Recruiting
: Recruiting healthcare professionals and other employees
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or MBA in HR
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and labor regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Excel
