? Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
? Manage and update employee records & HR databases.
? Maintain proper filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
? Perform accurate data entry and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
? Support HR-related projects, employee engagement activities, and policy implementation.
? Assist in day-to-day HR operations as required.
? Manage ESI, PF, and payroll processing.
? Handle other HR-related tasks and compliance work.
Requirements:
:-Proven experience as HR Executive / HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
:-Knowledge of recruitment, payroll (ESI, PF), and other HR functions.
:-Strong skills in data entry and filing management.
:-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
:-Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
:-Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
