Job Description

Key Responsibility.



Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, and exit processes.

Create, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and ensure strict compliance with labour laws.

Handle employee relations, performance management, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, employee files, and HR documentation.

Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and HR strategy.

Drive employee engagement activities and support organizational culture.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manage HRMS efficiently.

Required Qualifications



MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience

Strong knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and compliance procedures

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Ability to independently lead the HR department

Preferred Skills



Experience in construction/technical industry HR preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

Strong people-handling and problem-solving skills
