Job Description
Profile: HR Manager-Beverages-Surat-50k
Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations
Salary Range: 35k to 50k
Roles:
Handle statutory compliance under Shops & Establishment Act
Manage PF, ESI registrations, filings, returns & audits
Maintain statutory registers, records & compliance calendar
Coordinate with labor consultants & government authorities
Oversee monthly payroll processing & validations
Handle F&F settlements, gratuity & bonus payouts
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook
Manage onboarding documentation & exit formalities
Handle employee grievances & disciplinary matters
Ensure HR processes are audit-ready at all times
Qualification:
MBA in HR (Preferrable)
Labor law / compliance certification (is a plus)
