We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations and support a positive workplace culture across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement
Manage employee relations, grievances, and statutory compliance
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, HR audits, and reporting
Travel to branch locations for HR activities as required
Requirements:
MBA / Master's in Human Resource Management
4-8 years of HR experience (retail/manufacturing/interior preferred)
Age: 28-40 years
Strong communication, leadership, and HR system knowledge
Salary (CTC):
?3.6 - ?4.8 LPA
