About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and experienced

HR Manager

to lead recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance at our real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records Drive employee engagement & retention strategies Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies Organize training & performance management processes

Requirements:

3-5 years of HR experience (real estate preferred) Strong communication & people management skills Proficient in MS Office & HR tools Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field
