Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, on boarding, development, engagement, and off boarding.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategy.
Lead payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS maintenance.
Track HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Promote a positive company culture and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Support training programs, performance reviews, and career development pathways.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
3-5+ years of HR experience, including at least 1-2 years in a managerial .
