The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR operations within the manufacturing unit, and who will elevate our HR function through performance frameworks (KRAs and Balanced Scorecards), HR technology implementation and monitoring, assessment-driven talent filtering, and robust support to the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management & Strategic Alignment
Define, implement, and track
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain an
HR Balanced Scorecard
, covering the four perspectives--financial, internal processes, learning & growth, and employee/"customer" satisfaction--to measure HR's strategic impact.
Facilitate strategic discussions to ensure HR metrics remain aligned with broader organizational goals.
2. HR Technology & Policy Enforcement
Champion the deployment and configuration of HR Systems such as HRIS, Performance Management Platforms, ATS, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Ensure HR policies are integrated into workflows, communicated clearly, and consistently enforced.
3. Talent Assessment & Recruitment Support
Implement and manage
assessment tools
(e.g., psychometric, competency-based tests, simulations) to optimize candidate selection and filter effectively.
Partner closely with recruiters, enhancing screening processes by integrating technology-driven assessments and providing analytical insights to improve hiring quality.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define HR strategy, translate into measurable outcomes, and foster alignment.
Regularly review performance, adjust strategies as needed, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Deep familiarity with HRIS, ATS, dashboards, scorecard tools, and assessment instruments.
Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training, and performance management.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
