Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labour laws
Performance management and training & development initiatives
Payroll management, HR policies, and statutory compliance
Supporting senior management in strategic HR planning
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Human Resource Management (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills

Pay: ₹17,685.57 - ₹61,453.66 per month
