Responsibilities

strategy

other issues
xefx82xb7 Manage the first line of recruitment and selection process
xefx82xb7 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital
xefx82xb7 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
xefx82xb7 Nurture a positive working environment
xefx82xb7 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
xefx82xb7 Maintain pay plan and benefits program
xefx82xb7 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
xefx82xb7 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
xefx82xb7 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Preferred Candidate Profile
xefx82xb7 Previous experience in Medical Device Organisation
xefx82xb7 Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
xefx82xb7 People oriented and results driven
xefx82xb7 Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of HR systems and databases
xefx82xb7 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
xefx82xb7 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
xefx82xb7 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
of the company
xefx82xb7 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Education
xefx82xb7 Degree in Human Resources or related field
