What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Source Candidates: Find and attract applicants using Indeed, job boards, and social media.
Screen & Interview: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess fit.
Coordinate Hiring: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers at our partner companies.
Manage Data: Update candidate information and track progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure Communication: Maintain professional, timely communication with all candidates.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple job openings.
Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Email).
A proactive, results-oriented attitude and a desire to meet targets.
Preferred: Any prior exposure to the recruitment process.
