They handle everything from on-boarding new hires and managing payroll/benefits to fostering a positive culture, ensuring legal compliance, and strategic workforce planning

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

Designing job descriptions, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff.

Employee Relations:

Mediating disputes, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administering pay, benefits, and performance management systems.

Training & Development:

Overseeing programs to develop employee skills and careers.

Policy & Compliance:

Developing and enforcing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Strategic Planning:

Consulting with executives on workforce strategies to meet business objectives.
Role in the Organization:

Link between Management & Employees:

Communicates company goals to staff and employee concerns to management.

Culture Champion:

Shapes organizational culture and employee engagement.

Strategic Partner:

Works with leadership to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
