Develop and execute manpower plans in coordination with operations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for kitchen, service, bar, and support staff.
Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Ensure accurate employee documentation and record management.
Drive standard HR processes across locations and outlets.
Supervise payroll inputs, validations, and timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with wage structures, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, minimum wages, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, and other labor laws.
Implement POSH policies and conduct awareness programs.
Build a positive employee relations climate across all levels.
Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases effectively.
Act as a mediator between management and staff.
