is looking for an enthusiastic HR-Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:



We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

Strategic HR Planning:



1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Conduct workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.

3. Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions.

Recruitment and Staffing:



1. Develop and manage recruitment strategies.

2. Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

3. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Employee Relations:



1. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

2. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.

3. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:



1. Develop and manage performance management systems.

2. Provide training and guidance on performance management processes.

3. Monitor and analyze performance data.

Benefits Administration:



1. Develop and manage benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefits administration.

2. Communicate benefits information to employees.

3. Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations.

Training and Development:



1. Develop and manage training programs.

2. Identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.

3. Collaborate with department heads to develop training plans.

Compliance and Risk Management:



1. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

2. Conduct audits to ensure HR processes are compliant.

3. Identify and mitigate potential risks.

HR Operations:



1. Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

3. Generate HR reports and analytics.

Leadership and Management:



1. Supervise and develop HR staff.

2. Provide coaching, guidance, and support.

3. Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Other Responsibilities:



1. Participate in special projects, such as organizational development initiatives.

2. Collaborate with other departments on HR-related matters.

3. Represent the organization in external HR-related forums.

Requirements:



- 7+ years of experience in HR management

- MBA/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

- Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
