Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR operations & people management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in managing a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
