HR Mgr Operations profile needed for an IT MNC

Duty --> 5 days working (Hybrid mode - 3 days office; 2 days WFH) // Mon-Fri

Time --> 9 am - 6 pm

Gender --> M//F both

Qualification --> Graduation, MBA -HR preferable

Experience --> 5+ yrs min in HR Generalist/Ops profile

Responsibility --> HR strategy formulation, TA & onboarding, HR policies & Compliance, Emp engagement & relations, Performance management, Benefits administration, Training & Development, Remote work Infrastructure, Legal compliance, Conflict resolution, Data security & privacy, Cross- functional collaboration

Criterion --> Excellent communication skill; Tech savvy. Candidates from IT or Shared Services background // handling overseas ops process will get preference

Passport holder with flexibility to go abroad (on temp basis)

Salary --> Can go up to 10 LPA + PF + other facilities
