Role Overview
The
HR Manager
will oversee all core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires strong experience handling HR operations for both office- and field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws).
Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.
Implement performance appraisal processes and support KRA/KPI tracking.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support field workforce deployment and site HR requirements.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Assist management with HR reports, manpower planning, and audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, surveying, or engineering services.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate with field teams and travel to project sites when required.
