. The ideal candidate will have
minimum 9 years of hands-on experience managing_payroll operations, statutory_compliance, and employee_support.
This role is crucial in ensuring accurate salary processing, smooth compliance with government regulations, and maintaining employee trust through transparent payroll management.
Key_Responsibilities
1) Manage complete end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
2) Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
3) Conduct periodic audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy.
4) Maintain and update employee payroll records.
5) Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, and ESIC.
6) Collaborate with finance and accounting for payroll reconciliation and budgeting.
7) Implement and optimize payroll systems/software for efficiency.
8) Prepare and submit statutory returns for PF, ESIC, and payroll within deadlines.
Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
2) Minimum 9 years of proven payroll management experience.
