Manage recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support day-to-day HR operations
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and full & final settlement process
Assist in payroll inputs, compliance, and company policy implementation
Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment
Desired Skills:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and MS Excel
Ability to handle coordination and documentation independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
