Roles and responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding : Manage the full cycle of attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Employee relations : Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving workplace conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a constructive work environment.

Compensation and benefits : Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure they are competitive and equitable.

Compliance and legal matters : Ensure the organization complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Performance management : Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and handling promotions and disciplinary actions.

Policy development : Create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures.

Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll, and leave information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
