Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete HR operations for internal teams and client accounts.
Lead and mentor the HR and recruitment team to achieve placement and retention goals.
Develop and implement strategies for
employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement
.
Handle
employee grievances and conflict resolution
with a balanced and proactive approach.
Partner with clients to understand manpower needs, compliance requirements, and workforce planning.
Ensure
statutory compliance
(PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.) for all employees and associates.
Monitor payroll, attendance, and employee life cycle management across projects.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and client satisfaction.
Conduct
training, appraisals, and policy reviews
to enhance efficiency and culture.
Maintain strong relationships with management, clients, and employees to support long-term business growth.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
8-12 years of HR experience with proven leadership in an
HR consultancy or staffing agency
.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, compliance, and client handling
.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
