Job Description

Designation - Hr manager

Education - Graduation preferred

Experiences- 4 to 6 years (proper hard core hr experiences )

Roles and responsibilities :

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle

-- from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention. Act as the primary point of

contact for clients

, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and timely updates. Lead and mentor the

HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals

. Develop and implement strategic

hiring plans aligned with business needs

. Resolve

employee and client issues

through effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Monitor

HR metrics, recruitment performance

, and team productivity. Build strong relationships with

internal stakeholders and external partners

. Ensure compliance with

HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards

. Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture that fosters

growth and collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
