ARKCA Corporate Solutions is looking for a proactive and dedicated

HR Manager

to handle end-to-end HR operations and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have

strong English communication

and

drafting skills,

as well as the ability to manage people and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



? Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data.

? Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance documentation.

? Draft and update HR policies, letters, and internal communication.

? Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

? Support daily operational tasks and assist in improving internal processes.

? Prepare reports and share updates with management.

? Ability to handle and time to time updation in CRM along with data management.

? Carry out additional tasks and special assignments as allotted by the Director.

Skills & Requirements:



? Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

? Strong drafting and documentation skills.

? Good understanding of HR operations and statutory compliances.

? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Positive attitude, professionalism, and a people-first mindset.
