Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (70%)
Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
Reduce hiring turnaround time and ensure timely closures
Generalist HR (30%)
Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance management, and compliance
Support policy implementation and adherence to labor laws
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
7-10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or service sector
Proven expertise in
bulk/mid-level recruitment
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
