Employee Engagement & Development
Create a positive and motivating workplace culture.
Design training and development programs to enhance skills in design, digital, signage, and printing teams.
Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage HR policies, attendance, payroll, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
Performance & Productivity Management
Monitor productivity across creative, digital, signage, and production teams.
Work with department heads to set KRAs/KPIs and track progress.
Organizational Development
Align HR strategies with business goals to support growth.
Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, labor law, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams (design, digital, signage, technical, printing).
Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
