Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead HR operations and oversee administrative functions at our Institute. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and experience in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources



End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention of faculty and staff. Drive performance evaluations, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

Administration



Oversee campus administration, facilities, vendors, and office operations. Maintain HR records and manage budgets for HR and administrative functions. Support management in daily operations and smooth functioning.

Strategic & Cultural Role



Align HR practices with institutional goals. Build a professional, transparent, and inclusive workplace environment. Contribute to student activities such as workshops or soft-skill sessions, if required.

Qualifications:



- Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field

- Experience: 5+ years in HR & administration

- Skills: Proficiency in digital job posting, recruitment channels, and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
