Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Drive organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
Maintain HR records, reports, and data for decision-making.
Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
