Handle the

recruitment process

--sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Manage

employee lifecycle

--joining, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements Maintain and update

HR policies

in line with labor laws and best practices Oversee

payroll and attendance

coordination with the accounts team Address

employee grievances

and support a positive workplace culture Manage

performance appraisal systems

and feedback mechanisms Plan and execute

employee engagement initiatives

Maintain HR MIS, documentation, and reports

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management or related field 6-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role (experience in the creative/advertising sector is a plus) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
