Maintain HR MIS, documentation, and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management or related field
6-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role (experience in the creative/advertising sector is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
