Job Description

The HR Manager should be able to handle all the HR related activities of a 4 star class Hotel and a high volume restaurant. Responsibilities incude:

Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry

Manpower recruiting & onboarding

Pay roll management of around 350 staffs.

Statutory compliences (ESI, PF & Labour Department related works)

Hands-on experience with Hr & payroll softwares
