Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager



Qualification: Bachelor's degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field (BBA, B.Com, BA etc.)

Experiance : -

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Salary : 4 LPA - 5 LPA



Job Summary


The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to ensure the HR department operates smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding



Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the entire hiring process from job postings to onboarding.

Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.

Performance Management



Design and implement performance evaluation processes.

Guide managers and employees through goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally.

Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Plan employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.

Compliance & Policy Management



Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development



Identify training needs and design development programs.

Coordinate internal and external training sessions.

Compensation & Benefits



Assist in designing competitive salary and benefits structures.

Ensure timely processing of payroll and employee benefits administration.

HR Operations & Data Management



Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
