For Shetron LTD plant in Asangaon we need HR Manager with

4-6 years of experience

Preferably from Manufacturing Industry - Packaging and Containers

Responsibilities include

Manage industrial relations, audit compliance, labor laws, employee grievances.

Implement HR solutions, oversee payroll, handle HR ops.

Ensure legal compliance, effective workforce management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
