Position: HR Manager - Compliance Location: Vapi Experience: 9 - 12 Years Industries: TextileResponsibilities:
- Industrial relations development
- Adherence to Statutory Compliances and lesioning
- Training & Development
- Motivational Practices, Relationship Management CSR Activities
- Contract labour Management Welfare
- Ensure HR operation from joining to separation ·
- Ensure Compliances under the Contract labour management act ·
- To felicitating healthy working environment and maintaining harmonious industrial relations & Ensure no union activities form in the organisation
- Lesioning with various government authorities for the compliances ·
- Manpower Planning and budgeting with all the departments
- Resource Management, Recruitment and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, short listing the candidates, scheduling/ conducting interviews and finalizing salaries.
- Management CSR Activities Contract labour Management Welfare Activities ·
- Awareness about company HR policy / employee handbook ·
- Ensure timely and accurate HR- MIS generation/ personal records.
- Monitoring claim settlement in GMC, GPA, EDLI, Janta Policy, WC policy , Term Plan.
- Must be have experience of social audit.
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Good in communication.
