  • Development of HR Dept (forms, employee handbook, HR manual)
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
  • Approaching candidates and informing them of employment possibilities, considerations, and selection.
  • Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Joining formalities & Handling employee database(both in soft form and files management)
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
  • Handling payrolls, leaves & attendance and Govt compliances etc.
  • Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
  • Liasoning with various consultants.
  • Administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Traveling across the branch offices and fulfilling group companies requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
