Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete human resource function of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and policy implementation. The role ensures a positive work culture and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Management



Manage end-to-end recruitment (manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding). Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements. Maintain recruitment records and employee databases.

2. Employee Relations



Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships. Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

3. Performance Management



Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. Coordinate annual appraisals, increments, and promotions. Track employee performance and productivity.

4. Payroll & Compensation



Coordinate payroll processing with accounts. Manage salary structure, incentives, and benefits. Ensure timely salary disbursement.

5. Statutory Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain statutory registers and records. Handle audits and inspections when required.

6. Policy & Process Implementation



Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs. Ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct. Manage attendance, leave, and shift policies.

7. Training & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Conduct induction and orientation programs. Support employee skill development initiatives.

8. Exit Management



Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. Ensure proper handover and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and decision-making abilities Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 4-8 years of relevant HR experience Experience in handling complete HR operations
