Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit processes
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs in line with market trends and company policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies
Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, concerns, and disciplinary matters
Drive performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capability
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity
Manage HR budgets, HR metrics, and reporting (attrition, hiring, engagement, compliance, etc.)
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce planning
Maintain HR records, HRIS systems, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
