What you will do.



? Drive HR strategy aligned to business scale and workforce needs.
? Lead recruitment across full-time, contractual, campus & internship hiring.
? Build smooth onboarding, induction & integration experiences.
? Own PMS: goal setting, performance reviews & feedback cycles.
? Design engagement, recognition & retention programs.
? Draft/implement HR policies, SOPs & statutory compliance.
? Manage employee relations, conflict management & cultural stewardship.
? Partner with leadership on succession, capability & career development.
? Oversee HR operations -- payroll liaison, records, exits & vendor management.
? Optimise HRIS, digitisation & people analytics dashboards.
? Ensure disciplined reporting, audit readiness & cross-team alignment.
? Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture.

Necessary Skills



? Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology (MBA preferred).
? 6-12 years of experience across strategic + operational HR.
? Hands-on experience in recruitment, PMS, policy design & HR operations.
? Proficiency with HRIS/ATS & strong analytics/reporting skills.
? Excellent stakeholder management & communication.
? Fluency in English & Hindi; readiness to travel.

Bonus

: Experience in political consulting, public policy or high-scale project environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,300,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
