Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding initiation, ERP-based HR processes, payroll ownership, employee relations, compliance, campus hiring, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in building strong HR systems, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Initiate and execute structured onboarding programs, including documentation, induction, background verification, and system entry.
Handle ERP-based HR operations such as employee data management, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR reporting.
Own and manage the complete payroll process, including coordination with finance, salary processing, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and internal HR controls.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and MIS dashboards.
Coordinate training and development programs and learning initiatives.
Lead campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with colleges, internship programs, and graduate recruitment drives.
Manage exit formalities, including resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, clearance process, final settlements (F&F), and exit interviews.
Advise management on HR strategies, manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Promote a positive organizational culture and ethical work environment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with HR ERP/HRMS systems.
Strong knowledge of onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and HR documentation.
Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in campus hiring and internship programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting tools.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
