Your role as an HR manager at Designbox
Manage end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition across creative and tech roles Coordinate and execute annual performance reviews and appraisal cycles Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks Partner with leadership to track goals, performance, and team development Support employee engagement, growth, and retention initiatives Ensure HR processes align with the agency's culture and fast-paced work environment
