Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, employee handbooks, and statutory compliance records.
Manage staff rosters and leave records.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, HR-related concerns, and grievance handling.
Assist in payroll support activities, including attendance tracking and maintenance of employee data.
Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a recruitment-related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of recruitment processes including screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
Experience using HR software and social media platforms for recruitment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
