Manage end-to-end HR operations for retail stores (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination).
Handle bulk hiring for store staff including Sales Executives, Cashiers, Store Managers, etc.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs for retail staff.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and attrition analysis.
Support store operations with manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of retail HR operations and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multi-location stores.
Proficient in HRMS, MS Excel, and reporting.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Preferred Candidate:
Retail industry background is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
