Job Summary

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The role ensures a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace by managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, training, and policy implementation. This position acts as a strategic business partner to management while supporting a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, selection, onboarding, and induction. Design and oversee employee performance review systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee welfare, and company policies. Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Plan and coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs. Maintain accurate HR metrics and reports (attendance, attrition, payroll, etc.). Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting. Liaise with external partners such as recruiters, consultants, and statutory compliance agencies.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of employment laws, compensation & benefits, and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HRMS or ERP platforms (SAP, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
