Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
HR Executive / HR Manager
to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing HR functions in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Identify staffing needs and coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Maintain and upgrade the talent pipeline for digital marketing, technical, and creative roles.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and HR documentation.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
Draft HR policies and ensure implementation across departments.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
4. Performance Management
Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
Work closely with managers to track employee performance and development needs.
5. Employee Engagement
Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a digital agency or IT company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment workflows and HR compliance.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and applicant tracking tools.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling creative or digital marketing teams.
Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
