Job Description

Job Brief:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of HR strategies. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an IT media company, digital marketing, PR, or advertising, along with an MBA.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is identified and onboarded efficiently. Develop HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals and enhance workplace culture. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide HR support in workforce planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining employee records accurately. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.

Requirements:

Education

: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

: Minimum of [X years] in HR management, preferably within IT, media, digital marketing, PR, or advertising companies. Strong understanding of HR best practices and applicable labor laws. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
