What You'll Own



Talent Acquisition Leadership



Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, empowering them to deliver excellence. Guide the design and execution of hiring strategies to meet present and future workforce needs. Collaborate with department heads and leadership to understand talent priorities. Oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a stellar candidate experience. Monitor hiring metrics and dashboards to measure success and improve processes.

HR Operations Excellence



Ensure seamless employee lifecycle management: onboarding, documentation, HRIS, and exits. Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records. Uphold compliance with labor laws and ensure policies are relevant and up to date. Partner with payroll for error-free and timely salary processing. Address employee queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Drive employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives. Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

What Makes You the Right Fit



Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in HR

, with strong exposure to

leading a TA team and HR operations

. Proven ability to manage and inspire teams while collaborating with senior leadership. Strong grasp of labor laws, HR policies, and HRMS tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. A calm, thoughtful approach in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
