We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including campus hiring and lateral hiring.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the IT environment.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and performance management systems.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and talent gaps.
Maintain HRIS systems and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
Lead training and development programs focused on upskilling and career growth.
Support organizational change and culture-building efforts.
Requirements and Skills:
Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration.
5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
Strong knowledge of IT recruitment practices and HR operations.
Familiarity with HR software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in mid-size or large IT firms.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, NIPM).
Exposure to global HR practices and remote workforce management.
