Gorav Footwear Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee engagement, training, performance management, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful employee onboarding.
HR Policy Development:
Design, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals and values.
Employee Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including staff files, KYC documents, and other essential documents.
Audit Support & Compliance:
Ensure all employee files and training records are organized and prepared for necessary audits and compliance checks.
Payroll & Timekeeping Management:
Oversee payroll processes through biometric systems, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and attendance tracking.
Effective Communication & Leadership:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and collaboration among team members, while also showcasing leadership abilities.
Advanced Excel Skills:
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX, pivot tables, and other formulas) to manage and analyze employee data efficiently.
Qualifications
MBA/BBA in HR or equivalent preferable.
4+ years of HR domain experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
