Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
recruitment process
(job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle
attendance, payroll coordination
, and leave management
Foster a
positive workplace culture
through engagement activities and team-building initiatives
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally
Support management with
performance reviews
and appraisals
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of HR experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
